Isreal Saucedo says he found the needle as he was playing with his dog Oliver at their Concord home.
“I started to squeeze it to get the squeaky noise because Oliver goes crazy over it,” Saucedo said. “And then I pinch myself really hard on my fingers and I was like ‘ouch it really hurt.'”

To keep ladybugs, put the adult ladybugs in a small container. You can decorate the container with some small plants, twigs, and miniature figurines or toys. Cover the container with a mesh lid or a solid lid with ventilation holes. The mesh/vent opening should be small enough so that the ladybugs do not escape. Alternatively, you can also use a commercially available DIY terrarium. Feed the ladybugs with 10% syrup solution or raisin. Feed your ladybugs with aphids or mealybug if you want to keep them healthy. The female ladybugs need to feed on aphids or other prey in order to produce viable eggs. The larvae of ladybugs also require prey as part of their diet to turn into adults.

Sir Darius Brown, 13, was born with a fine motor skill delay, so when he was eight years old his mother, Joy Brown, thought it would be useful for him to begin working with his hands.
His sister, Dazhai Shearz, was a hair stylist and at the time was making her own hair bows. Sir Darius wanted to be just like her, so his mother had the idea that he could become her “assistant,” helping her cut fabric and eventually using the sewing machine.

When Georgina Price and her fiance Christopher Lardner adopted their first rescue feline, Herbie, the 16-year-old cat, was near the end of his journey. Sadly, Herbie died just months later.
And even though the couple had only known him for a little while, they were heartbroken by his passing. The loss, however, had opened their hearts for someone new.
“I just kept thinking about all the abandoned animals that might only have five months left and would spend the whole of that time in a shelter,” Georgina said. “We decided we would look for an extra special pretty cat that might take a little longer to find a home.”

At first, Safa thought a rat was sleeping, but he checked again and realized that was a tiny white kitten. The kitten with hairless pink ears and dirty little paws was sprawled across his stomach. He looked down the stray kitten and her appearance stolen his heart.
Safa had seen many stray cats in his neighborhood, but this was different because he was chosen by a stray cat. He captured a quick photo with the cat and careful not to wake her. “I never really had a pet and I am a bit of a loner so I don’t have many friends, too,” Safa said. “While she was sleeping I kept hearing that ‘purr’ sound cats make and it was the cutest shit I have ever heard.”
When the cat woke up, the first thing she did was step down off the sofa, looked at Safa and started meowing nonstop. Safa thought that she was hungry, so he shared the chicken wings with her. After completing the meal, he took her inside for a bath to prepare for a trip to the vet clinic. Thankfully, the kitten was healthy and without a microchip.
Safe decided to adopt her and drove her to the local supermarket to buy cat food and a few toys. The stray cat has a loving home of her own with a perfect name Angel and Safa has a new friend who will always be at his side. “All I can say is that she is the most fun cat I have ever gotten to play with,” Safa said. “All she does is just roam around me all the day wanting pets or to play.”
