For many of us, it's the coronavirus lockdown, and our entire daily routines are now contained within the comfort of our own homes. For our beloved pets, however, it's a day like any other. Well, with a few exceptions—pets that are freaking out over why the heck we're at home for so long.

But, other than that, business as usual. For the humans, however, it's more like dealing with our pets throughout our workdays. Or having fun with them. Or both.

German Shepherd Hilariously Fails His Service Dog Training In Viral Video

This VERY good boy is not very good at being a service dog, unfortunately

Dogs are angels on earth in every discernible way. Some are great at being lifelong companions, others have talents in the service arena — as K9 police dogs, service dogs to those in need, etc. And some dogs have higher hopes and dreams than they’re capable of achieving, but that doesn’t make them any less Good. Take this guy, for example.

In a video that’s quickly gone viral all over social media, a German Shepherd named Ryker can be seen trying so very hard to meet the standards of a service dog. But Ryker, like many of us out there of the human variety who can relate, falls short during his test. In every single way.

Please enjoy the funniest, most adorable animal video you will see all day.

Granddaughter Shares Photos of Her 90-year-old Grandfather and His Brand New Fluffy Friend, Penny on Twitter: Brings Users to Tears

Three weeks after viral photos of 'sad pawpaw' being 'neglected' by his grandkids broke the web's heart, a different senior is getting the exact opposite reaction out of internet users.

Twitter user Jessica Amante shared photos of her 90-year-old grandfather and his brand new fluffy friend, Penny, on March 6, Mashable reported Sunday. Her mom also posted images on Facebook.

And over the past month the pics showing the adorable couple have gone viral, literally bringing tears to the eyes of web users around the world.

Amante's grandfather is in an assisted living facility, and had pictures of his new dog sent to her at the start of the month.

“My grandfather just got a new dog and had his caregiver take pictures of him to send to me,” she Tweeted, along with three crying emojis.

And those thoughts were echoed by the thousands - 81,374 at last count - of web users who 'liked' the Tweet and the 40,771 who shared it.

Twitter user @phunkfina was one of many who responded positively to the idyllic scenes of the grandfather walking his new pal, writing “Why is this one of the most heartwarming things ever?”

But a large number of the users were even more moved than that, with several saying that they had been moved to tears.

'OMG,' gasped @lgbtleeds, saying that the grandpa bore an uncanny resemblance to 'the cute little old guy' from the Pixar movie 'Up.' “I'm crying this is too cute,” she wrote.

And @jewishuncle wrote “That's so adorable I'm gonna get emotional.”

“It makes me so happy I'm teary,” echoed @explicitstiles.

But some fans of the sweet story went even further.

Those crying emojis in Amante's original post proved prophetic for @nAAAYEomi, @kissingjohnson and @valerieamazing.

They were among the users so touched by the story that they couldn't even put it into words.

Instead, they simply send selfies showing their tearful faces, with long lines of mascara running down each cheek.

Pawpaw and paw-paw-paw-paw: Images of the 90-year-old man and his new dog, Penny, went viral after they were posted on Twitter this month by his granddaughter, Jessica Amante.

New dog, old tricks: The sweet photos brought tears to the eyes of many Twitter users. He has been likened to 'saw Pawpaw,' the elderly man whose grandkids 'abandoned' him after he made them burgers this month.

Sweet Tweet: The crying emojis in Jessica's Tweet were prophetic, as many who saw the adorable pictures were moved to tears.

Adorable Video of Dog Walking Same Pace as Owner Using a Walker

When it comes to going out on walks dogs get super excited. Most of them just want to run out the door and while some dog are very well leash-trained and walk perfectly next to their owners, some others just drag us down the block.

The dog in this video loves to go on walks, but we think what he enjoys the most is walking with his best friend. His owner is an elderly man who uses a walker and as you can see he doesn’t walk at a fast pace. This doesn’t bother the dog, he walks ahead, sniffs around and always looks back to check on his best friend. How adorable!

General Mills Has Welcomed a New Member to its Family:Trix Bunny Replaced with Real Rabbit

There is a new silly rabbit hopping on the box of Trix Cereal.

Meet Cinnabun,  a Holland lop rabbit, was named the new honorary Trix Rabbit on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016, in Houston.  And now, Cinnabon will be featured on commemorative boxes of Trix cereal to celebrate that the cereal no longer contains artificial flavors or colors from artificial sources.

So the original rabbit hasn't disappeared, but the truly nostalgic will likely remain sad that the real Trix of their childhood, with clunky attempts to replicate fruit shapes, was replaced by boring old spheres in 2006. Cinnabun's owner, Natalie Tran, is excited to have such a suddenly illustrious pet, saying, "It's kind of unbelievable that they picked him out of thousands of bunnies".

"I'm obviously biased, but I always knew Cinnabun was an especially playful, cute and lovable bunny", said Tran.

He'll be featured on limited-edition Trix cereal boxes.

The move coincides with the company's plan to eliminate artificial flavors and colors from its cereals, a goal which 75 percent of its cereals have already met. Having a real rabbit mascot reinforces the idea of an authentically made cereal.

This little furball is hopping for joy!

Cute Bunny Love: Wild Rabbit Falls in Love with a Pet Rabbit

Bunny loves to spend her days in front the sliding door, especially when the sun is nice and hot. That day, the wild rabbits were running around outside, “chasing each other because it’s mating time,” When one particular wild rabbit saw Bunny, and decided that she was the love of his life. whenever Bunny leaves the room, he waits anxiously for her return.

It’s adorable to see these two make contact and give each other bunny kisses… but it’s probably best that they are separated by the screen door. It wouldn’t be a wise idea to let the rabbit in.”

American Airlines Introducing the First-Of-Its-Kind "Pet Cabin"

It looks like some dogs will be traveling with a little bit more style thanks to American Airlines introducing the first-of-its-kind "pet cabin".

The airline has just announced the offering of their "pet cabins", which has been nicknamed "Cuddle Class" and will allow pet owners to keep their pets in a larger, private space versus being kept in a carry-on under the seat.

The pet cabins have vented doors and will be able to fit a pet carrier to a maximum of 19 by 13 by nine inches if hard-sided, or a little larger if soft-sided. It will be available on select flights between New York and Los Angeles and JFK and San Francisco. The pets will be seated adjacent to their owner's seat and can sit with their owners during the flight or in the cabin.

AA's outside PR firm said, "Each of the two bulkhead First Class suites on the American Airlines A321T at the front of the cabin has an attached pet compartment with vented door where a passenger traveling with his/her pet can place the pet, in its carrying case, for taxi, take-off, and landing. During other phases of the flight, the pet, in its carrying case, can be kept on the floor space of the passenger’s First Class suite. The two berths at the front bulkhead each have a space with a vented door to hold a kennel or carrying case for takeoff and landing."

The same rules the airline has for carry-on pets will apply, along with their usual carry-on pet fee. There's no word on whether the dogs will be treated to free beverages and biscuits.

Have You Heard of American Airlines “Cuddle Class” Cabins For Pets?

If your pup’s tired of getting stuffed under your seat during long flights, you may want to try out American Airlines’ new pet cabins, which they’re affectionately calling “Cuddle Class.” The snug cabins have vented doors and let pets sit adjacent to their owner’s seat, which lets them see their best buddies during flight and, hopefully, keeps them a bit more relaxed.

The pet cabins don’t come cheap, as they’re only available in First Class suites. For the initial roll-out of the pet cabins, they will only appear on flights from New York to Los Angeles and from JFK to San Francisco.

While Cuddle Class will only be for a limited few passengers and their lucky dogs and cats, at least it’s a step in the right direction to make flying more comfortable for our furry friends. Anything that lets us stay close to them and keep them from being stressed is fine with us. And at least they can beg us for some of our airline peanuts.

Meet Jack, Britain's Oldest Dog at Age 25: Still Gets Mistaken for a Puppy

Meet the Yorkshire Terrier who is 117-years-old (in dog years): Jack is believed to be Britain's oldest dog at 25 but still gets mistaken for a puppy.

Jack has got a bad back and his legs do not work like they used to - but surprisingly he still gets mistaken for a young pup.

Jack is not able to go on the long walks he once enjoyed, but at 177 in dog years and 25 human years, he is as happy as he was when he was a puppy.

Now believed to be Britain's oldest dog, the terrier was rescued by Ray and Mary Bunn 16 years ago, from a couple who could no longer care for him.

Mr. Bunn, of Hartlepool, County Durham, said they had an “instant bond” with little Jack.

He said, “My daughter's next door neighbor spotted a couple who were going to tie him to a tree and leave him there. She took him in, but their dog didn't like him.”

“She told me go and see him. The first time I saw him, he came running over to me and jumped into my arms.

The bond was instant. He very quickly became a big part of the family, and now we've had him for 16 years.”

According to records, Jack could be one of the oldest dogs ever to have lived, and would be eighth on an all-time list if his age was proven by Guinness World Records.

The oldest dog in Britain was 25-year-old Jack Russell Meg from Somerset, who died last year.

However, if the pensioner pooch wants to take the global crown he has to wait another three years.

The oldest dog ever to have lived was an Australian cattle dog named Bluey, who reached 29 years and five months before being put to sleep in 1939.

Someone thought he was a puppy, even though he has arthritis and can only walk a short distant.

“He is on medication, but he's doing good. He is eating and drinking. He's having some problems with his back and his legs as he is getting older.

He is a very friendly dog, but wasn’t taken care of properly before he came to us.

He had a brother, and we heard that he had been fed to a Rottweiler, so he was facing a horrible future before my daughter's friend took him.

He has always felt at home here. He's generally a very happy dog and we all love him” said, Mr. Bunn.

Nation's number one: It is believed that Jack the Yorkshire terrier, pictured, is Britain's oldest dog.

Keeping an eye: Jack, pictured, watching Mrs. Bunn eat, was adopted by his owners when he was 10-years-old.

Energetic: Jack does not have as much strength in his legs but still has the energy of a young dog.

Good for his age: Jack is often mistaken for an energetic puppy despite being 117 in dog years.

An old family photo shows Jack staring intently at someone's plate of chips.

When you reach 117 (in dog years) you need to start taking it easy. Jack takes a nap on the sofa.

In three years he will be the oldest dog that ever lived.
