Dog Eats Fan's Tickets to Orioles Playoff Games

A Maryland man who's been left with a lot to chew on as he gets ready to go to the playoffs and, hopefully, the World Series.

Karl Breslaw was inside his house in Catonsville, Maryland when he heard a truck pull up.

"I didn't think much of it," Breslaw said. "A couple minutes later it dawned on me what that truck was."

It was FedEX delivering his precious Orioles playoff and World Series tickets.

"I went outside and I found cardboard and papers, scattered all over the place," he said.

Breslaw's seven-month-old 80 pound Burmese mountain dog names Fezzik got to the tickets first, chewing at them like they were a T-bone steak.

"I guess when that friendly man in the blue shirt put this new toy over the railing, it was irresistible," Bredlaw said.

The good news is, while the world series tickets are damaged at the top corners, the car codes and seat locations are in tact. So, he'll get to go to those games if the Orioles made it to baseball's biggest stage.

"The first time I've ever had any package damaged in any way, shape, or form. It had to be a playoff ticket; it couldn't have been my wife ordering something mundane from Amazon, it had to be my playoff tickets."

Breslaw isn't mad at Fezzik's hunger for his playoff tickets: "Oh, he's still my big boy. We're bonded for life."
