Maryland SPCA - Urge Your State Lawmakers to Support Compromise Legislation to Reverse the Court of Appeals Ruling that "Pit Bulls" are "Inherently Dangerous

Hey Maryland! Urge your state lawmakers to support compromise legislation to reverse the Court of Appeals ruling that "pit bulls" are "inherently dangerous" and put in place a breed NEUTRAL dog bite liability standard that is fair to dog owners and victims. Senate’s judiciary committee is scheduled to have a public meeting on SB 247 on Thursday 2/6. We encourage you to contact your state senators on the judicial proceedings committee and urge them to vote on SB 247 without any amendments. For more information: http://tinyurl.com/HB73-SB247
